Can you make an avatar for me?

Hi,

Very new to graphics side of things (mainly HTML, and programming and such like!, not exactly an artist!) but got left in the lurch by 3 people leaving at the same time!!

Anyway.... I am just after an avatar (animated if poss) which is 100px by 220px, be football (soccer) themed and contains the letters "CSFL" as clearly as possible and can you also put the sentence... "Yes but when I try to see things your way, I get a headache" directly below the image?

If you need any further info please let me know! Otherwise, I'll leave in your more than capable hands.
