Hello, and welcome to GFX City’s first ever newsletter!
First of all, I would like to thank everyone who has joined so far. Please continue to tell people about the site and encourage them to join. Details of methods you can use are listed shortly.
Forum news
New site
Well, over this past week the site has been revamped and it is now up and running. We would like to invite all members to thoroughly test the forum to check for bugs. If any bugs are found please contact Robin, Jack or KCLiVES.
Logo Competition
There is a logo competition currently being held which can be found at http://gfxcity.myfreeforum.org/about83.html Please ensure all entries are posted by Wednesday 18th July.
Donations
A donation scheme may be setup soon to help pay for a proper domain free of advertising, so please prepare for this if you wish to own a custom rank, as donators will do.
New Admin
Finally I would like to welcome our new admin Jack. After showing great talent he has been upgraded from moderator status. Congratulations!
Creating publicity
We would like to invite all members to create as much publicity for the site over the coming weeks. A forum signature has been designed by Jack for use on websites and other forums. The BBcode for this is as follows;

You could alternatively use this HTML on websites and forums that do not accommodate BBcode:

Flyers
Handouts
Msn nametag adverts
Myspace / Bebo / Facebook links
Please try to refer as many people as possible, as a referral reward scheme is being devised.

Well, I'm a permanent Admin because it seems I'm the only one capable of the coding, even though the KARMA hack still eludes me
