Yeah, that would be a good idea. The Admins should make a whole new section for help, with Software Help, General GFX Help, Tutorials etc.

I think it would be better if they had their own section, like there's a Welcome section, a Computer Graphics section, a Competition Section etc.
There should be a Help Section, with, for example: General GFX Help; Software Help; Best Tutorials; Suggest-a-Tutorial...
Just a thought ...

Suggest-a-Tutorial: a forum in which members can suggest tutorials for more advanced GFX members to make, showing the less advanced members some of the techniques used in GFX.
Best Tutorials: an otherwise locked Forum, in which the Administrators and Moderators can choose the best tutorials from the member-submitted ones.
And another - Sumbit-a-Tutorial: a forum in which any member can submit his/her tutorial on anything GFX. This forum will be used to choose the tutorials to go in th Best Tutorials Forum
